About Us

Joshua and Amber Bull have a beautiful family. Beginning in November 6, 2004 they became one. 
Joshua graduated from Buffalo Valley High School in 2001 and has an associate's degree in applied Meat Science from Eastern Oklahoma State College and has worked in meat departments well over 25 years.
Amber graduated from Greenwood High School in 2004 and now has a master's in cosmetology, and also an associate's degree in early childhood education. Their dream as a married couple was to always one day work together owning their own business. 

In 2020 God places a vision in their heart to open a small fresh meat retail store. With all odds stacked against them and local venders begging them not too, they followed what they felt God had planned for them and stepped out in Faith.
In May of 2020, during Covid-19, They built and started AJ Butcher Block in Buffalo Valley out of a small Storage building that was previously Amber's beauty shop right beside the school.
From day 1 that building was not big enough, but it was all they had. Later in 2020 God blessed them with an amazing opportunity to build and buy where AJ Butcher Block is located now at the present time.

Josh and Amber have 4 beautiful children, Cyrena, Eli, Faith, and Emma. As parents they pray that they carry on the business when their time comes.

Josh and Amber Pastor a local church (New Hope Worship Center) in Talihina and think of the store as a field for another type of Ministry God has placed in their lives.
